The implementation of MBKM curriculum has made this course interesting for students of other study programs, that also needs attention while the availability of reference books is limited. These facts have triggered us to arrange a collection of materials as well as exercises needed to improve reading skills. The course requires students to learn reading texts from several fields. Thus, the selected materials for this book are about tourism, business, journalism, and social issues, the familiar topics that still need exploration. It is expected that the students can have better understanding about jargons and registers used in specific fields and improve their reading skills as well.
