This book is developed based on the basic course outline of this course (BCO) entitled Advanced Communicative Grammar Skills. It caters to Semester IV students with an advanced understanding of English grammar based on the BCO. It consists of 13 chapters. Each of the chapters is equipped with theories, examples, and exercises. The theories are systematically presented and supported by a lot of examples in order that the students are able to comprehend the materials easily. Each chapter starts with a passage as linguistic input for the students. The language elements to be discussed in the chapter are presented in the passage so that the students are expected to be familiar with them. This book also gives the students opportunities to demonstrate their ability of English in relation to structure by doing exercises following the theories and demonstrating their linguistic performance, simple writing.
