This book is designed and developed to provide suitable instructional materials in the teaching of speaking, especially related to basic English forpublic services. This is a product of a concerted effort of several lecturers inthe English Literature Study Program, Faculty of Languages, Arts, andCultures, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta who would like to present a book aiming at preparing the students to use English effectively and appropriately in the workplace.
